Born and raised in Atlanta's notorious Zone 3 Carver Homes, Xavier McLemore learned to navigate a complex world from a young age. Without a natural talent for sports, he honed his skills in hustle and conversation, a gift that would later define his career. His professional journey began early, working as a steward at The Ritz-Carlton at just 14 years old, around the same time he discovered his passion for music, acting, and screenwriting.
Now 40, his path from those early days has culminated in a high-level corporate position with Great Seafood Enterprises, where he's responsible for opening, managing, and consulting on all Front-of-House operations. He has led four hugely successful restaurants in Georgia, each one accumulating millions in revenue and an unmatched social media and marketing presence. This commitment to operational excellence is the same passion that fuels every facet of Blackadelic Entertainment.
Xavier's life's work is a testament to his belief in service. He founded Blackadelic on the core mission to make an impact on someone's life and help them achieve their dreams. This mission has led him to work with countless artists, from Danny Boy of Death Row Records to today's rising stars like Steel Gotti, Teekupp Tatale, Yung Geek, Abia, Rae Monae, and 7lugg. He continues to build and inspire, living out his philosophy to "Respect the Seal" and stay tuned for what's next.
